Vegan Caribbean spiced doughnuts with dark chocolate sauce
Think ditching the meat and dairy for Veganuary means boring meals and joyless snacks? Think again! This sumptuously sugary doughnut recipe was created by Collin Brown, executive chef at Caribbean-inspired restaurant chain Turtle Bay, and it's vegan through-and-through.
Perfect for sharing with friends, these tasty treats are quick to make, and you'll only need a few key ingredients.
Please note: In addition to the ingredients listed, you will need enough vegetable oil to deep-fry your doughnuts in.
