Air fryer honey and mustard sausages with potatoes, peppers and onions recipe
If you're new to air-frying or just want to try something different in your new favourite kitchen gadget, this simple sausage recipe – from the pages of Sunday Times bestseller Air-Fryer Cookbook: Quick, healthy and delicious recipes for beginners – is the perfect place to start.
"The saltiness of sausages combines beautifully with the sweetness of honey and piquancy of mustard," says Jenny Tschiesche, the book's author. "The potatoes, peppers and onions complement these flavours well." Sounds like a winning combination to us!
