Freddie Parker Bowles recipe

Nick Strangeway, award winning cocktail mixologist, often creates cocktails to mark special occasions.  In this instance, he mixes a long drink in honour of Tom Parker Bowles’ new son.  Somerset Cider Brandy and Rhubarb liqueur help create a fruity but refreshing result.

Ingredients

  • 20 ml Beefeater Gin
  • 20 ml Somerset Cider Brandy 3yrs old
  • 20 ml Fresh Orange or Blood Orange Juice
  • 10 ml Campari
  • 10 ml Rhubarb Liqueur or syrup
  • 75 ml Prosecco
  • 0.7 fl oz Beefeater Gin
  • 0.7 fl oz Somerset Cider Brandy 3yrs old
  • 0.7 fl oz Fresh Orange or Blood Orange Juice
  • 0.4 fl oz Campari
  • 0.4 fl oz Rhubarb Liqueur or syrup
  • 2.6 fl oz Prosecco
  • 0.1 cup Beefeater Gin
  • 0.1 cup Somerset Cider Brandy 3yrs old
  • 0.1 cup Fresh Orange or Blood Orange Juice
  • 0 cup Campari
  • 0 cup Rhubarb Liqueur or syrup
  • 0.3 cup Prosecco

Step-by-step

  1. Build the first 5 ingredients in a highball filled with rock ice. Then stir to chill, add more ice and top up with the prosecco. Garnish with a long twist of orange.
