Winter hix 75 cocktail recipe
Nick Strangeway, award winning cocktail mixologist, creates his own version of the famous French 75. Using the unusual ingredient of seabuckthorn berries, foraged from the British coastline, which are high in antioxidants and Omega 3 oils, this striking orange cocktail could even pass-off as being good for you!
Ingredients
- 50 ml Beefeater Gin
- 50 ml seabuckthorn juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 75 ml prosecco
- 1.8 fl oz Beefeater Gin
- 1.8 fl oz seabuckthorn juice
- 0.7 fl oz sugar syrup
- 0.4 fl oz fresh lemon juice
- 2.6 fl oz prosecco
- 0.2 cup Beefeater Gin
- 0.2 cup seabuckthorn juice
- 0.1 cup sugar syrup
- 0 cup fresh lemon juice
- 0.3 cup prosecco
