Baileys spice on ice recipe

A take on affogato with indulgent Baileys, this is the perfect after-dinner treat. To make two at a time, just double up on the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Baileys
  • 25 ml coffee-flavoured liqueur
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon (to garnish)
  • 1.8 fl oz Baileys
  • 0.9 fl oz coffee-flavoured liqueur
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon (to garnish)
  • 0.2 cup Baileys
  • 0.1 cup coffee-flavoured liqueur
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon (to garnish)

Step-by-step

  1. Add all the inrgedients to a blender jug and blend. Add more ice to the blender if you'd like it less sweet and thicker.
  2. Once happy with the texture, pour the drink into the glass and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon.
