Baileys spice on ice recipe
A take on affogato with indulgent Baileys, this is the perfect after-dinner treat. To make two at a time, just double up on the ingredients.

- 50 ml Baileys
- 25 ml coffee-flavoured liqueur
- 1 handful ice cubes
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon (to garnish)
- 1.8 fl oz Baileys
- 0.9 fl oz coffee-flavoured liqueur

- 0.1 cup coffee-flavoured liqueur

Step-by-step
- Add all the inrgedients to a blender jug and blend. Add more ice to the blender if you'd like it less sweet and thicker.
- Once happy with the texture, pour the drink into the glass and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon.
