Pork lettuce cups recipe
Chillies, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and fish sauce give pork mince its kick. Let the slow cooker do the hard work then serve in lettuce cups and a sprinkling of toasted peanuts, mint and shredded spring onion.

Step-by-step
- Place all the ingredients for the pork into the slow cooker bowl and stir well.
- Cook on high for 2–3 hours.
- Adjust the seasoning.
- When ready to serve, remove the leaves from the lettuce and arrange onto a large plate. Fill the centre of each leaf with the spicy meat . Garnish with the peanuts, herbs and spring onions, serving the lime wedges on the side.
