Barbecued okra recipe
Once you try okra on the barbecue, you'll make it again and again.

Step-by-step
- Mix ingredients for all-purpose seasoning together.
- Add okra to a bowl and toss to coat with the olive oil and all-purpose seasoning.
- Using a barbecue, or large pan on a high heat, cook the okra, tossing/turning frequently for approx 5 minutes until soft and slightly charred.
- Serve as a starter or a side with dips.
