Brussels sprouts are a must-have at Christmas – but did you know you can make this classic side dish in an air fryer? This four-step recipe is incredibly quick and easy, so it's a fuss-free way to get your green vegetable fix on the big day.
The slightly crisp texture, and the saltiness from the bacon, might even win over some of the most ardent sprouts haters (possibly), and any leftovers will be a delicious addition to your Boxing Day spread.
