John Whaite's cheese-stuffed dates recipe

- 100 g soft goat's cheese
- 50 g full fat cream cheese
- 1 handful (small) fresh coriander and mint, finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
- 24 medjool dates, pitted
- 6 slices prosciutto, quartered lengthways

Step-by-step
