Grilled mahi mahi with pineapple salsa recipe
An exotic fish dish, pairing grilled mahi mahi with a salsa made from peppers, onions, cilantro, pineapple, and hot pepper sauce. There are only 142 calories per serving in this dish.

- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 0.5 cups diced red onion
- 0.25 cups minced green bell pepper

- 0.25 bunch cilantro
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 0.25 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 pinch salt, to taste
- 900 g mahi mahi or other firm-fleshed fish
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch pepper, to taste

Step-by-step
- Combine the pineapple, red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper in a large bowl.
- Chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl.
- Add the vinegar, hot sauce, and a pinch of salt. Stir well, taste, and add more salt if needed.
- Prepare your grill. Coat the fish with olive oil and season with pepper. Place on hot grill. Let cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until fish is opaque. Top with pineapple salsa and serve.
