Slow scrambled eggs recipe
There are two ways of doing scrambled eggs, fast and slow. I personally prefer the slow way...You can potter about in the kitchen making tea and toast and the scrambled eggs can kind of be left to their own devices.

- Melt a knob of butter in a pan
- Crack the eggs straight into the pan and season with salt and pepper
