Pimm's spritz recipe
There’s no more quintessentially British summertime drink than a crisp, fresh, delicately muddled jug of Pimm’s – preferably served up in a sun-soaked pub garden, on a rickety picnic bench, or on a blanket in the park.
Typically associated with the Wimbledon tennis championships, this fruity, refreshing cocktail can be tweaked and tailored any way you like. To make a traditional Pimm’s cup, add a few slices of orange, strawberry and cucumber to a glass filled with ice, pour in 50ml Pimm’s No.1 and 150ml lemonade, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
In the mood for something even fancier? Try the posh Pimm’s spritz recipe below, which comes with a splash of sparkling wine for an extra boozy kick. Delightful!
