Anchovies most hated food in Britain
A new poll has revealed salty anchovies to be Britain’s most disliked food. What’s yours?
New research conducted by Birds Eye has found that anchovies are Britain's most-hated food.
It also highlighted olives, mushrooms and salami as foods Brits love to hate.
However, two-thirds of Brits are adventurous enough to try any type of food once, although one in five admit to having over seven foods on their hate list.
Apparently, people from Scotland and Wales are the most adventurous with their taste buds, with almost three-quarters claiming that they are happy to try any food once.

Over half of kindly Brits revealed that they’ve forced themselves to tuck into food they dislike because they didn’t want to upset a host. And one in ten women have even stowed food away in their handbag to avoid upsetting their host!
