1. Karma Bites popped lotus seeds
What is it? The popped seeds from the lotus flower have long been used in Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine, and have many health benefits as they are rich in protein, zinc and iron. Karma Bites are available in four flavours – wasabi, peri peri, Himalayan rock salt and caramel.
Why we love it? With a light and slightly chewy texture, the popped seeds offer a good alternative to popcorn. The flavours are more divisive – you'll either love them or hate them.

2. Manomasa tortilla chips
What is it? "Born in the backstreets of Mexico", Manomasa pays tribute to the original tortilla chip, combining traditional Mexican techniques with new flavours and ingredients.
Why we love it? There's more to tortilla-chip flavours than nacho cheese or chilli, and Manomasa are testament to their versatility. From tomatillo salsa and chipotle and lime to their new flavour, feta and pomegranate, Manomasa's tortillas offer plenty of zing.

3. Mr Lee's Noodles
Mr Lee's Noodles
What is it? Mr Lee's inspiring founder Damien Lee is on a mission to offer a pot noodle "without all the nasties". Each pot is filled with freeze-dried ingredients and is low in sugar, salt and calories.
Why we love it? Although pricey (the pots are currently only available in packs of six), this gourmet take on instant noodles offers a quick, convenient and delicious meal that's packed with flavour. We hope to see individual pots sold soon.
