Chicken, cheese and tomato on toast recipe
Food for babies aged 9-12 months from Annabel Karmel. Makes eight fingers of toast.

- 1 knob of butter
- 50 g cooked chicken, chopped
- 20 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp snipped fresh chives

Step-by-step
- Pre-heat the grill.
- Toast the bread in a toaster then butter one side and place it on a baking tray. Mix the chicken, cheddar, chives, mayonnaise and tomato together and spread on top of the toast.
- Grill until bubbling. Remove the crusts, then slice each toast into four strips.
