Recycled biscuit cake recipe
Got some spare dark chocolate, butter, golden syrup and biscuits hanging around? Then transform them into this wonderful no-bake cake recipe.

- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 2 generous tbsp golden syrup
- 200 g broken biscuits
- 5.3 oz dark chocolate

Step-by-step
- Over a low heat, melt together the chocolate, butter and syrup until completely smooth.
- Stir in the biscuits.
- Turn into a suitable container such as a silicone loaf ‘pan’ and chill until firm.
